Douvall's plant-based collagen-boosting ceramide-rich formula, of expertly blended oils such as our nourishing organic first cold-pressed argan oil, rosehip, poppy, hemp, and CBD, which is specially made for aging skin. Rich in fatty acids to protect and lock in moisture creating a barrier, with retinoids to repair, and CO2 extracted full spectrum CBD to help the signs of ageing, to soothe, dull, dry, and irritated skin. Replenishing anti-ageing nutrients that naturally reduce as we age. Skilfully blended with pure essential oils, orange, lavender, and ylang-ylang to brighten and tone skin by promoting collagen production, as well as rejuvenate, minimise the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and long term sunspots by improving cell structure and appearance of tired skin while restoring a natural glow.

Containing cold-pressed organic oils, essential oils and botanical extracts for their soothing, balancing, reparative and nourishing properties.

  • Organic First Cold pressed Argan Oil Douvall's signature virgin Argan oil high in Vitamin E, antioxidants and fatty acids to repair, protect, pH balance and nourish skin. Helping to diminish fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Poppy Oil A lightweight oil packed with fatty acids that gives the skin a silky smooth feeling with skin barrier repairing properties.
  • Andiroba Oil Rich in omegas to replenish dryness and wrinkles. High in triterpenes which are anti-inflammatory. High in vitamins A, B, C and E for supple and hydrated skin.
  • Rosehip Oil is packed with vitamin A, beta carotene and omegas beneficial for mature skin and to prevent and repair fine lines and wrinkles as well as balancing sebum production.
  • Organic Hemp Seed Oil A protein and linolic rich oil with natural CBD for anti-inflammatory, redness, anti-bacterial and to protect and repair the skins barrier.
  • Castor oil A rich oil packed with anti-oxidants and fatty acids that fight free radicals and help skin to retain moisture.
  • CBD Non-isolate in it's most natural form a powerful ingredient to soothe, re-hydrate and bring back a healthy glow. Anti-inflammatory, anti-redness and anti-ageing with a wide range of cannabinoids.

How do I request an exchange or return?

Generous APE is a multi-brand marketplace which means products are sent directly from the different brands, some in different countries. Returns need to be sent direct back to the brands, not Generous APE. Therefore, if you have ordered products from different brands and you wish to return them, they will need to be sent back to each brand.  

Generous APE does not cover the cost of return postage unless your item is faulty.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges directly, however some do brands do offer this option. Please contact us if you wish to exchange an item and we can let you know if the brand accepts exchanges.

Please use tracked delivery to return your item(s) as this will be your proof of postage and help you to receive your refund quicker.

How long do I have to return my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

What can be returned?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please note: Any Sale items, Custom Made or Made to Order items cannot be returned unless faulty. The brand will investigate faults before a refund will be issued.

 

What if an item is faulty?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
