As a sustainable online marketplace we do not hold stock of the beautiful items we sell, therefore your items are shipped direct from our independent brands.

This helps the environment by cutting down on wasteful carbon emissions and brands having to ship stock to us for us to then repackage to send to you.

Your items will arrive packaged from the brand you ordered with.

Please be aware, If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately and directly from each individual brand and may arrive at different times.

As a lot of our brands are small, independent businesses during particularly busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, orders may take a little longer to get to you. Please get in touch with our customer services team before ordering if this is an issue and we will liaise with the brand to confirm an estimated delivery timeframe for you.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties/Taxes may apply on delivery of orders from our international brands which is your duty to pay. Unfortunately we do not control this and is the result of international trade agreements. We have labelled on our store which brands are from outside the UK.

Made to Order Brands

Some of our brands produce their items to order to combat unnecessary waste and as such there will be a longer time to wait for delivery. Items that are made to order are labelled in our store on the relevant product descriptions.

Waterrower NOHrD

WaterRower | NOHRD equipment is made by hand in small batches in their factories in the USA and Germany. Upon placing an order for items with a forecasted delivery time, the next available stock arriving in the UK is allocated to you.

As soon as your equipment arrives at their UK distribution hub, one of our team will be in touch to arrange expedited delivery.
