We understand that sometimes you need to return a purchase, maybe it is the wrong size or doesn't look the same to the picture online, not to worry!

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless faulty or incorrect item received.

Some independent brands offer free return labels, you will be advised this when you submit your return request.

How do I request a return?

Please start your return request by visiting our Returns Portal.

We will then be in touch to confirm receipt of your returns request and provide the information on how to return your item(s)

Please be aware that returns are sent back directly to the brand, not to us.

Please include our returns form, this lets the brand know the return is from Generous APE and speeds up your refund.

Our customer services team will send you this form or you can download from here - Download Generous APE Returns Form if you do not have a printer you can include a handwritten note stating the items you are returning are from Generous APE.

What can be returned?

Any regular priced item can be returned. Sale items can only be returned if faulty.

Custom made/Made to order items can not be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items will need to be inspected by the brand before we issue a refund.

Unfortunately, our brands will not be able to accept any items that fail to meet the above requirements.

How should I return my item(s)?

Please, where possible, return your item(s) in the original packaging unworn/unused and via Tracked Delivery. Keep your proof of postage for your refund.

Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage and the correct address is on the correct package if you are returning multiple items.

Include our returns form or a handwritten note stating the item(s) were purchased through Generous APE.

When will I get my refund?

Once you send your return back to the brand please get in touch with your proof of postage and we will immediately issue a refund. 

In case of returning faulty items we will need to wait for the brand to receive the return and inspect before issuing a refund. 

Refunds will take 3-5 days to appear back on your original payment method.
