The tall white Rainbow mug is an effortlessly elegant handmade piece in porcelain.

Its slender design is simple yet chic and effectively conserves heat for longer. The four hand-drawn Rainbow lines are affirmative, hopeful, and optimistic.

These colourful lines decorate the outside of the tall mug, marking the dividing line between the fully glazed upper half of the cup and the lovely matt texture of the unglazed bottom half.
The mug has a fine round handle finished with a small button detail and is comfortable to hold.

The base is embossed with our logo, identifying the product as a designer piece, created by a small independent company. Treat yourself and enjoy all your hot drinks, latte, chocolate, or tea in this beautiful contemporary product, created for longevity. Crafted in pure white porcelain clay.

Our tall mug has a story. The prototype is created by me, Sue, on the potter’s wheel in my pottery studio in southwest France.

I hand throw lots of mugs in stoneware and in porcelain, modifying the mug design - its shape, decoration, size, material and thickness - before deciding which is the perfect mug that I want to send to my manufacturer.

A mould will then be created from my handmade item in order to make the product in greater, though still limited, quantity. The size and shape of the tall mug is one that I find ideal for drinks that I don’t want to cool too quickly.
