Replicating the action of winching the sail on a sailing boat, the WaterGrinder offers a cardiovascular workout using just your upper body.
Compact in design, the WaterGrinder uses water for resistance which means that it is low impact on joints and the back. Ideal for rehabilitation, the Water Grinder’s removable seat means that the machine can be used sitting down, standing up, or in a wheel chair.
The extendable arms on the grinder, allow for increased or reduced leverage during your workout.
