Active Ingredients: Moringa Oleifera Oil, Squalane (Olive), Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Oil, Oxycoccus Palustris Extract (Arctic Cranberry), Salvia Hispanica (Chia Seed oil), Crithmum Maritimum (Rock Samphire) Extract, Rosa Damascena (Rose Otto Essential Oil). 

Organic Rose Otto Essential Oil: A gentle steam distillation of the flower heads from the Rosova Dolina harvest in Bulgaria. An essential oil that has no equal. This rare essential oil enhances wellbeing, affecting both olfactic senses and physiology and is traditionally used to calm and uplift. 

Moringa Oil: Cold pressed seeds from the Moringa Oleifera tree, also known as the 'Miracle Tree' due to its high antioxidant, omega-rich and mineral benefits.  Achieving full spectrum nutrition from this ancient tree favoured by the Pharaohs.

Arctic Cranberry: Vitamin E Tocotrienols, Omega 3,6 & 9: reduces inflammation, anti-oxidant protection against the damaging effects of pollution and free radicals.

Rock Samphire: Crithmum Maritimum mimics the beneficial effects of retinoids without irritating or photo-sensitising the skin. The transformative and regenerative power of rock samphire, has astonished the scientific community for its retinoid-like action which reduces sebum secretion and smoothens out wrinkles due to cutaneous ageing and leaves the skin smooth, uniform and softened. 

Olive Squalane: An intense lipid that helps repair the protective membrane around each living cell. It acts as a permeable barrier, helping to protect against invasion of micro organisms and moisture loss whilst maintaining the skin's flexibility and suppleness.

Oat Seed Oil comprises aromatherapy grade, cold-pressed seeds rich in vitamins A, B, E, iron, zinc, manganese to nourish and calm inflamed skin.

Chia Seed Oil is rich in essential Omega 3 Fatty Acids. When the skin membrane has sufficient Omega 3 it helps to reduce water loss keeping the cell plump and nourished and encourages increased absorption of nutrients and elimination of waste products.

Deliveries Come Direct From Brands

As a sustainable online marketplace we do not hold stock, therefore your items are shipped direct from our brands warehouses. This helps cut down on carbon emissions and unnecessary waste from brands having to ship stock to us and for us to then repackage to send to you! 

Please be aware, If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately and directly from each individual brand.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, orders may take a little longer to get to you. 

International Brands

Shipping costs will vary for international brands, please also note that import duties may apply on orders from our international brands which is your duty to pay. Import tax is usually charged if your order is over £135.

The courier that the brand uses will contact you by letter with a bill stating any charges that you owe to prior to receiving your order.

How do I request an exchange or return?

Generous APE is a multi-brand marketplace which means products are sent directly from the different brands, some in different countries. Returns need to be sent direct back to the brands, not Generous APE. Therefore, if you have ordered products from different brands and you wish to return them, they will need to be sent back to each brand.  

Generous APE does not cover the cost of return postage unless your item is faulty.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges directly, however some do brands do offer this option. Please contact us if you wish to exchange an item and we can let you know if the brand accepts exchanges.

Please note: Sale items can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How long do I have to return my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

What can be returned?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please note: Any Sale items, Custom Made or Made to Order items cannot be returned unless faulty. The brand will investigate faults before a refund will be issued.

 

What if an item is faulty?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
