A moisture replenishing face serum imbued with Organic Rose Otto and Neroli Oil and Salicornia Herbacea extract to radically transform the skin by maintaining all day hydration. Our green award winning Wakame Macroalgae cell extract promotes increased anti-oxidant activity by combatting an excess of free radicals. Moringa, Olive Squalane and Baobab Oil provide a further dose of lipids and moisture promoting botanicals to help repair the protective membrane and lock moisture deep into the skin.

Organic Rose Otto: A gentle steam distillation of the Rosa Damascena flower heads from the Rosova Dolina harvest. This rare essential oil enhances wellbeing, affecting both olfactic senses and physiology and traditionally used to calm and uplift.
 
Organic Neroli is extracted from the blossom of the bitter orange tree. Citrus Aurantium Subsp Amara, harvested by hand in late may or early June. It has many benefits and health promoting properties while it is frequently used to subdue anxiety and help promote a peaceful sleep. It is anti-bacterial and also helps reduce sebum production.

Moringa Oil cold pressed seeds from the Moringa Oleifera tree, also known as the 'Miracle Tree' due to it's high antioxidant, omega rich and mineral benefits.

Baobab Oil is made from cold pressed seeds from the ancient Baobab tree. It is renowned for helping to alleviate itchiness and dryness of the skin due to its wonderful emollient and intensive moisturising effect. It also has powerful anti-oxidant properties helping to protect against free radical damage.

Arctic Lingonberry Seed Oil: Vitamin E Tocotrienols, Omega 3 & 6, balancing pigmentation, and boosting hydration.

Olive Squalane is an intense lipid that repairs the protective membrane around each living cell. It acts as a permeability barrier, protecting against invasion of microorganisms as well as preventing moisture loss whilst maintaining the skin’s flexibility and suppleness.

Salicornia Herbacea Extract helps to radically transform the skin, redensifying and restructuring by reducing TEWL water loss and improving hydration by a factor of 60.

Wakame Seaweed Macroalgae is a pioneering extract of macroalgae cells with an immediate and profound long-term anti-oxidant effect deep within the mitochondria.

Deliveries Come Direct From Brands

As a sustainable online marketplace we do not hold stock, therefore your items are shipped direct from our brands warehouses. This helps cut down on carbon emissions and unnecessary waste from brands having to ship stock to us and for us to then repackage to send to you! 

Please be aware, If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately and directly from each individual brand.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, orders may take a little longer to get to you. 

International Brands

Shipping costs will vary for international brands, please also note that import duties may apply on orders from our international brands which is your duty to pay. Import tax is usually charged if your order is over £135.

The courier that the brand uses will contact you by letter with a bill stating any charges that you owe to prior to receiving your order.

How do I request an exchange or return?

Generous APE is a multi-brand marketplace which means products are sent directly from the different brands, some in different countries. Returns need to be sent direct back to the brands, not Generous APE. Therefore, if you have ordered products from different brands and you wish to return them, they will need to be sent back to each brand.  

Generous APE does not cover the cost of return postage unless your item is faulty.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges directly, however some do brands do offer this option. Please contact us if you wish to exchange an item and we can let you know if the brand accepts exchanges.

Please note: Sale items can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How long do I have to return my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

What can be returned?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please note: Any Sale items, Custom Made or Made to Order items cannot be returned unless faulty. The brand will investigate faults before a refund will be issued.

 

What if an item is faulty?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
