Nour | Organic Moroccan Wool Blanket by Spindle

A beautiful 100% hand spun organic live wool blanket made by Tamazighin (The Free Noble Women) just outside of Marrakesh, Morocco. This blanket was made on a traditional wooden Amizagh loom and finished with large tassels. The pinstripes are a perfect way to add a little colour and texture to your home.

The entire creation process of this beautiful collection, from the shearing of the sheep to tying the knots on the pom poms is mindful and completely natural - made in harmony with Mother Nature. By purchasing a Tamazighin blanket, you are directly supporting the livelihood of artisans dependent on traditional skills.

Slightly coarse in texture due to its handmade nature and the exceptional quality of the raw wool, your blanket will soften with time.

Love and Care: Dry clean or machine wash on wool / delicate setting. Do not use bleach, harsh detergents. Can be ironed on wool setting.

It is natural for piling (lint balls) to occur over time due to the fuzzy fibres (wool) becoming tangled - we recommend using an electrical lint remover gently over the concerned area to refresh the blanket.
