All deliveries are via DHL go Green service and you will get an email from DHL confirming the status of your order and how you can track.

  • When will my order be delivered and can I track my order? - It will be normally within 48 hours depending on the time of day you placed your order and all orders are tracked.
  • Do I need to sign for my order – Yes DHL will require a signature


Returns are very easy but we do want to minimise as they do have an impact on the environment eg Carbon emisions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • How do I request a return – You click here on the Generous APE site and we will send you a return shipping label.
  • How do I return – You take to the Post Office/Royal Mail and send back as a Recorded/Registered parcel using the return shipping label we will have emailed you.
  • When will I be refunded – Once the item has been received, it will be checked to see that it is resaleable and confirmed to Generous APE who will refund within 14 days of receiving the item back
  • Can I contact you about my return – Yes, You can always contact us for any return question at customerservice@generousape.co.uk.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged please can you contact us on GenerousAPE.com or email us customerservice@generousape.co.uk.

  • Will I get a replacement – Yes, providing there is stock available otherwise we will refund you
  • What do I with the Damaged goods - We will send you a return shipping label and if you could take to the Post Office/Royal Mail and send back as a Recorded/Registered parcel using the return shipping label that we emailed you. We will process a refund or exchange and refund the cost of your return Via Royal Mail
  • When will I get a replacement – Once the damaged item is returned a replacement will be sent out to you.

  • How do I make a purchase? - Shopping at Generous APE.com is easy: browse by brand or department, add items to your shopping bag and follow the prompts at checkout
  • Do I pay VAT - There is no VAT charged on your purchase so it is not eligible for a VAT refund

Generous APE is a marketplace for a variety of brands and these brands support different causes. The specific causes can be found on the brand pages. 

Generous APE will be supporting a variety of causes. It’s main cause is currently (whichever one we do go with – including link to page of cause on website).

We will also be assisting with other projects, keep an eye on our journal to stay up to date.

At Generous APE we do not claim perfection, instead we are constantly striving to improve and looking to deliver a more sustainable style led, shopping experience.
