Rita - Black Buttons Dress
Our autumn/winter collection this year is focused around the collector. There is a fascination with collecting objects and revealing long-forgotten treasures. It’s all about the find, big or small, and how objects come together and create beautiful collections.
Inspired by the beauty of button collections, and how neat and gem-like they can look when displayed when sorted by colour, Buttons is our fanciest print this season.
About the style: Rita is a shining star of a dress - the one you’ll dance the night away in, the one you’ll reach for again and again - the dress that memories are made in. The structured waist, full skirt and flattering wrap neckline make Rita the perfect showcase dress for an hourglass figure. Rita’s clever tulip sleeves allow for full and unrestricted arm movement. Deep pockets sit invisibly in the side seams, making Rita not only beautiful but also practical.
Rita is ethically made by Satnam and his team in our London factory.
About the Fabric: Tencel™
Tencel™ is drapey, soft and silky to touch. The base material for Tencel comes from eucalyptus trees - which grow happily in harsh, dry conditions meaning no need for irrigation. For more information on Tencel and the other fabrics we use at Palava, click here.
