Why we do a pre-order: Any new products we design and launch are created on a pre-order basis, this allows us to gauge if it will stay in the range full time or become limited edition. It minimises waste so that we don't become part of the fast fashion problem and allows us to keep manufacturing in the UK with smaller orders.

Shipping is £4.95 for orders under £100 and free for orders £100+
We currently only ship within the UK.
Import duties/Taxes may apply on delivery of orders from our international brands which is your duty to pay. Unfortunately we do not control this and is the result of international trade agreements. We have labelled on our store which brands are from outside the UK.

We understand that sometimes you need to return a purchase, maybe it is the wrong size or doesn't look the same to the picture online, not to worry!
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless faulty or incorrect item received.
Some independent brands offer free return labels, you will be advised this when you submit your return request.
