How It's Made

This sweater is knitted in an Italian 'Re.Verso' recycled cashmere yarn made from pre-consumer offcuts of premium cashmere discarded by the textile industry. The hat is knitted in a small factory in the Scottish Borders, specialist in premium cashmere knits & Ally Bee has been working with this factory for 7 years.
What makes this cashmere so special?
This precious cashmere fibre is collected from offcuts from the textile industry that would otherwise go to waste. Colours are sorted and then the mill carefully re-cards the fibres to produce a yarn as soft and luxurious as the original, but with 96% less carbon emissions in production.
