The NOHrD TriaTrainer 3-in-1 Bench in Ash is a multifunctional piece of fitness equipment, essential in every home gym or professional facility. With its contemporary and minimal design the Tria Trainer can be set up into three different positions to help you exercise your whole body.
In the closed position you can workout your abdominal and core muscles. Unfold on one side into a semi-bench position to exercise your back muscles and glutes. At full-extension the NOHrD Tria Trainer 3-in-1 Bench can be used to do all well-known bench workouts with or without free weights.
The footrest can be adjusted in all three bench positions to allow more comfort and support while exercising. The Tria Trainer is handcrafted from sustainably sourced hardwood and finished with a high quality artificial leather seat.
When not in use for your workout, the NOHrD Tria Trainer 3-in-1 Bench can easily be stored away, or even used as a stool.

Delivery time usually takes between 3-5 working days. Once you place your order, we’ll be in touch to arrange a delivery date that works best for you. Delivery on WaterRower and NOHrD products is free over £50.
Please Note: All models of the WaterRower are shipped partially disassembled in two (or three) boxes for protection during transit and require some basic assembly.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your WaterRower item being delivered. Return collection is free of charge for Mainland UK. All returns must be in resellable condition and with the original packaging they arrived in.
