What you'll need...

50ml Hattiers Egremont - Premium Reserve

20ml Earl Grey Syrup

1 TSP Marmalade

2 Dash Angotura Orange Bitters
What you'll need...

Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat

Equal measure of brown sugar and water.

Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 3 Earl grey teabags

Let cool, then pour into a glass jar and seal tightly with a lid
What to do

Add 2 Dashes of Bitters to a rocks glass

Add Rum and Marmalade, stir to break down marmalade

Add syrup once marmalade has dissolved

Half fill glass number with ice and stir for 1 min.

Add more ice and garnish with a twist of orange.
